Into Africa
As I mentionned in our most recent update letter, I'm leaving for West Africa next Tuesday, 20 May. I'll be traveling to the Ivory Coast with Paul Spurlock of Twin Lakes Church and Scott Smithson of Faith Community Church. Our hosts are Rod and Angelika Ragsdale. I'll do my best to blog while we're in Africa, but I'm not sure what kind of Internet acess we'll have... I'll try to post a picture of Scott, Paul and I on Monday before we leave so that you can all remember to pray for us as we go.
Sounds like you're in for an amazing ride in the coming days. In both personal conversations, and provincial church-planting committee conversations, the subjects of France and Africa come up assez régulièrement. I know that we are in no place to act at the moment, but the vision is out there and will be eventually realized in one form or another. We dream of meeting up with our global french brothers and sisters one day.
